A body scrub is a great treatment as it makes you look and feel good. A body scrub will exfoliate your skin, sloughing off dead skin cells and rubbing away hard and flaky skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth. This service includes a 50-minute body treatment and a 30-minute massage.

A sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension in targeted areas used by a specific sport. Dry Brushing

Dry brushing unclogs pores in the exfoliation process. It also helps detoxify your skin by increasing blood circulation and promoting lymph flow/drainage. Removing dead skin cells can help make your skin smoother and softer. Brushes are available for purchase or you may bring your own for your therapist to use.

This add-on offers appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet. It is believed that these reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them creates real benefits for the body.

This extra 15 minutes offers time to integrate the work that was just received, while still connecting to healing energy to your therapist. This time will include head holds, chakra attention, or light touch to the feet.

Contrast Stone

Cold or hot stones are applied anywhere tightness and soreness have been addressed during the session. It is wonderful for opening up tissue and flushing out sore muscles.

Scalp Treatment
